Thank you for visiting the Learning & Development section of the Brothers of Charity Services(Scotland) website. We aim to ensure that your learning needs can be met either through the content of our courses or by providing you with support and access to information and or facilities.
All staff are offered on-going training designed to help them develop both personally and professionally and ensure that their knowledge and skills are always up to date and ensure that as an Organisation, we continue to meet high standards and offer excellent levels of service.
All training reflects the ethos of the Brothers of Charity Services and is person focused in its delivery. We aim to create a learning environment that enables participants to learn effectively and promotes an ethos of reflective practice.
When a participants leaves a course, we want them to feel confident in their skills and ability to provide quality support to individuals who receive a service and know when and how to ask for further help or support.
