‘How’s life?’ – Scotland’s Learning Disability Survey

The Scottish Commission for Learning Disability (SCLD) have launched a survey about the lives of people with a learning disability in 2019.

SCLD are working in partnership with a range of organisations including ENABLE Scotland, Key, ARC Scotland, People First Scotland, Down’s Syndrome Scotland and PAMIS to find out about people with a learning disability, their everyday lives and experiences.

They have put together a survey for people with learning disabilities to complete. The more people who take part, the more impact the findings will have. The survey will help to gain a sense of how people with learning disabilities rate their overall well-being and understand some of the factors that impact upon it. The survey findings will help to guide future evidence gathering and policy with the aspiration that this will help improve people’s quality of life. Maybe you could support someone to complete a survey ?
