The Board of Trustees are responsible for the overall control and management of the charity. The Board members are all volunteers and meet at least four times a year. They decide on the strategic direction of the charity and have a responsibility to ensure that the organisation operates in a way that is consistent with its purpose and the ethos and values of the Brothers of Charity.
The Board delegates the day to day to control and management of the charity and the implementation of its strategic aims to an executive team who report to the Board at each of their meetings. A team of senior managers within the organisation, covering all of its services and functions, assist the executive team and the Senior Management Team meet every two months to monitor operational performance and progress with the objectives set to achieve the organisational strategic aims.
